The touch in you

Writer: Archisha Sharma Archisha Sharma

I feel a little too much, when you touch.

You hold my hand, I disintegrate.

My heart melts like wax, soft.

The darkness within me turns to light,

glowing like an ember of coal.

I am hollow, as you breathe away the mass of my worries.

The vacuum in me,

filled with your gasps.

I’m full, empty spaces gone.

This electricity in my veins,

is crazy, colliding atoms,

wanting you even more.

charged goosebumps,

defying the law of gravity.

that whisper in my ear,

soothing my soul.

the blanket is rendered

useless, cause you

on me, is the cosiest it can be.

you smell like tea,

even when you are a

coffee person, For me.

Our bodies in symphony,

and the epiphany

It’s you.
